Almond Joy Oatmeal Recipe
Tired of the same-old oatmeal packets? Try this recipe instead!
Ingredients:
¾ Cup Rolled Oats
1 ½ Cup Water
2 Stevia Packets (sub. Agave, Honey, or Maple Syrup)
Shredded Coconut
2 Tbs. Chocolate Chips
¼ Cup Slivered or Sliced Almonds (sub. chopped pecans or walnuts)
What to Do:
Add oats, sweetener and water to a microwavable bowl that is large enough to not spill over the sides when cooking. I usually use a 1 qt. Pyrex Dish. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Before the oats cool, add the rest of your toppings and let the chocolate chips melt slightly while stirring.
