Almond Joy Oatmeal Recipe

Tired of the same-old oatmeal packets? Try this recipe instead!

Ingredients:

  • ¾ Cup Rolled Oats

  • 1 ½ Cup Water

  • 2 Stevia Packets (sub. Agave, Honey, or Maple Syrup)

  • Shredded Coconut

  • 2 Tbs. Chocolate Chips

  • ¼ Cup Slivered or Sliced Almonds (sub. chopped pecans or walnuts)

What to Do:

  1. Add oats, sweetener and water to a microwavable bowl that is large enough to not spill over the sides when cooking. I usually use a 1 qt. Pyrex Dish. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Before the oats cool, add the rest of your toppings and let the chocolate chips melt slightly while stirring.

  3. Enjoy!
