Tiramisu Oatmeal Recipe | Dairy-Free Coffee & Cocoa Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • ¾ Cup Rolled Oats

  • 1 ½ Cup Water

  • 2 tsp. espresso powder divided

  • Plain Coconut Yogurt (dairy free)

  • 4 Stevia Packets

  • 2 Tbs Plant Milk

  • Sprinkle of Cocoa Powder

What to Do:

  1. Make oats by combining oatmeal, water, two stevia packets, and one tsp. espresso powder in a 1 qt. microwaveable bowl with high sides.

  2. While oats are cooking, in a bowl mix together plain yougurt, plant milk, other 2 stevia packets (can also sub for preferred sweetener) and 1 tsp. espresso powder. Whip together and let stand.

  3. When oats come out of microwave, top with yogurt mixture and sprinkle cocoa powder on top to simulate tiramisu.

  4. Enjoy!
