Tiramisu Oatmeal Recipe | Dairy-Free Coffee & Cocoa Breakfast
Ingredients:
¾ Cup Rolled Oats
1 ½ Cup Water
2 tsp. espresso powder divided
Plain Coconut Yogurt (dairy free)
4 Stevia Packets
2 Tbs Plant Milk
Sprinkle of Cocoa Powder
What to Do:
Make oats by combining oatmeal, water, two stevia packets, and one tsp. espresso powder in a 1 qt. microwaveable bowl with high sides.
While oats are cooking, in a bowl mix together plain yougurt, plant milk, other 2 stevia packets (can also sub for preferred sweetener) and 1 tsp. espresso powder. Whip together and let stand.
When oats come out of microwave, top with yogurt mixture and sprinkle cocoa powder on top to simulate tiramisu.
